Google changes things from time to time. In the recent past they changed, in the "short-term", the way the 360-degree tour is displayed on all Google My Business listings. As stated by Google:
"In our previous interface design, See Inside, Street View, and photos were represented by three distinct image buckets. This has proven to be a confusing and unnecessary distinction for our users because See Inside is often showing exterior views, Street View is often not on streets, and photos are often actually 360 photos. Thus, we are moving away from distinguishing 360 photos with the “See Inside” language and are now showcasing 360 imagery on its own visible tab in the photos gallery, both on mobile and on desktop."

This was a change back in 2017. It appears, they have done some weird "tab" change again this past month.
So, to answer the questions about "where do visitors find the 360's?" it can be a few ways. The tab may say: 360° View, Vibe, or Latest.
Also, the transition is not over yet. We will have to wait and see how the new system evolves as such is Google.
With the above in mind, the tour still receives all the benefits from SEO rankings, due to the engagement of clicks and preference Google gives to listings that are complete with an Inside Virtual Tour. Your tour is seen on Google My Business, Google Search and Google Maps.
